Essentials package is the foundational level of support offered. This is the absolutely necessary minimum level of support. Minimal grower training and onsite farm set up assistance. Mostly “do it yourself” with access to a menu of individual services with a pay as you go structure.
Standard package offers broad support across all areas of growing, business and mechanical/technical specialties. Initial and ongoing grower training and onsite farm set up included. Provides consistent monthly communication for growing as well as business needs, including scheduled onsite support and emergency access.
Enterprise package is our most robust support program. From growing to technical/mechanical and business operations support, this package offers complete reinforcement. Provides onsite and remote farmer training, farm set up, expanded monthly call & video support including quarterly scheduled onsite support and emergency access.
International package is specifically designed for customers not located in the lower continental 48 states. Provides Enterprise level support for initial farm set up and farmer training, plus monthly call/video support. Additional onsite and remote support available at hourly rates plus travel expenses if applicable.
